This is a short piece of video that shows the Altar, with its four Obelisk (or Horns?) corners, that is situated on the roof of the TC. What is this all about? Surely one of the strangest features of this Temple and seeming to serve little purpose. Just what would they use this for? Answers on a postcard please...
